We were surprised and honored to receive an invitation from the Bethesda Urban Partnership to have a month long exhibit at its showcase “Gallery B” on Wisconsin Avenue. We had a very successful exhibit last January and they’ve asked us to repeat again in January 2018.
So watch this space for more info. We’ll be giving you sneak peaks of our new works for the exhibit and some plans we have to increase your enjoyment of art in the cold, post-holiday months!
We had a wonderful opening reception, with champagne, sweets, savories and all the fixins’ — but most of all a hearty crowd of merrymakers at Gallery B, January 8, 2017, to support our new month-long show. Here are some views of the fun and productive evening.
Here’s a glimpse of some of the pieces we will be showing at our upcoming exhibit at Gallery B in Bethesda, MD. See details here.
A nice big luscious photo of a Nancy Butler painting occupies center stage in today’s Maryland edition of the Washington Post‘s Going Out Guide! Congrats to us, especially Nancy! Be sure to see our exhibit at Kentlands Mansion anytime through September 5th.
Downpours and tornadoes couldn’t wash out our opening reception for ‘Brushes with Nature’, the summer-long exhibit by the Seven Palettes at the lovely Kentlands Mansion in Gaithersburg, MD. Our 50 pieces of art were beautifully hung by the staff of the Gaithersburg Cultural Arts Advisory Committee and at least 50 people braved the storms to attend the reception. Here are a few scenes from the festivities.
